2 Select by enrollment - Families with child NOT enrolled in Fall 07
- Click "Next" and create mailing content
- Type in the body of your email, position the cursor where you want the link to the survey to be and click the <> tool to get to html mode and paste the link from surveymonkey (on a Mac, just paste it, no need for <>)
- Click OK and check to see that the text and link are correct.
You can obviously create other surveys, and use different mailing selectors to pick who to invite...
Enjoy,

How do we enable to pop-up feature in Your Virtuoso? For instance - I'd like to have a scheduling survey invitation come up when someone clicks on the Classes page.
Hi Gerry, nice to meet you in Schaumburg! I was wondering how to do prorating on YV? I have tried to go into 'set up' and prorating, and it doesn't seem to do what I think it should. When people are enrolling, they are being charged for the entire semester, so I know it's not working right. Will you walk me through that? I want it to deduct $10 per class for V, OT and IT for every week missed. thanks, Heidi
Debbie, I think the nearest would be by editing the text for the session in question. If it is Spring classes you are interested, you could put a Spring session in with just a few classes, and have the session text say in nice bold font that you want feedback, and add the link to your survey...?
Heidi, this is more a question for "Issue Tracking", but prorating is not automatic now - coming in YV 2.0!
You just have to "modify" the charges after they register.
Gerry
